The shop

A small shop that makes the part nobody else bothers to make well.

Flatts Irrigation is a small fabrication shop on the benches above Wood Lake, in Lake Country, B.C. We grow here too, so we build for here.

Two rebar sled bases on the shop pad

Everything in the catalogue came out of a real problem in a real block — a base that wouldn't drag, a cart one person could move, a bracket that didn't put holes in a roof.

Every piece is cut and welded here, one at a time. No imported castings, no plastic.

What we make

Hand-move irrigation hardware: two-wheel sprinkler carts, rebar sled bases in elbow and tee, tripod risers, hose reel stands and gutter-mount brackets. Sized for 2" NPT.

Who buys it

Irrigation supply houses and waterworks dealers who stock for orchard, vineyard, forage and wildfire-protection customers across the southern interior.

Three things every piece carries

01

Made here, by hand

Named town, named shop. Cut, welded and finished in Lake Country.

02

Built to outlast the season

Galvanized steel, welded joints, replaceable parts. No plastic, no imported castings.

03

One person can move it

Every design decision answers to the person walking the block at 5am.

If it comes back bent, bring it in.
